What makes VABY products the perfect baby essentials?

All our products are created in the most natural way. We refrain from using chemicals or harmful substances and only source the softest materials for manufacturing. The safety of your little ones is our top priority.

Why are VABY products so soft?

Our secret is a unique blend of high-quality cotton and natural bamboo fibre. Even after several washes, our products are ultra-soft and gentle on baby’s sensitive skin.

Are your products in compliance with testing standards?

Yes, all our products carry the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 label or are GOTS certified. The certificate number can be found on the washing label of the product. In addition, we strive to follow the standards of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) and are moving towards a production that is Approved Vegan by PETA.

Product care and washing instructions

How to care for your baby clothes?

Our products are easy to care for. We recommend washing your VABY items at 40 °C and tumble dry on low heat for best results. This will ensure that the garments’ softness and shape is maintained.

What if a product needs to be washed at high temperature?

We understand that little accidents can happen. Try to pre-wash the affected areas by hand before machine washing. It is fine to wash our items occasionally at 60 °C, however the durability of the garment may be reduced over time. We therefore recommend washing all VABY products at 40 °C.

Can I mix and match?

Absolutely! For our all-time favourites we use subtle colours and apply a simplistic approach to design. Our patterns and colours schemes run consistently through our product range and it is easy to mix and match our items – even for washing and drying.

How do I purchase a product?

Find the product you wish to purchase and click the “Add to basket” button. From the basket page you can proceed to the checkout page, where you can create a new account or checkout as a guest. Alternatively, you can checkout from the basket page using PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How do I know that my order has been placed successfully?

We automatically send you an email with an order confirmation the moment your payment is approved, which should be almost immediately after placing your order. If you don’t receive the email with the order confirmation, please check your junk mail folder or contact us so we can check on your payment and order status.

Do you issue a VAT invoice when an order is placed?

A VAT invoice is automatically attached to the order confirmation email. If you haven’t received the order confirmation email or the attachment, please check your junk mail folder or contact us so we can re-send you the invoice.

Are my payment details safe?


Payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as checkouts using Apple Pay and Google Pay are encrypted and processed via Stripe, a third-party payment solution. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Every transaction using PayPal is encrypted using PayPal’s advanced encryption technology. PayPal also monitors every transaction 24/7 to prevent fraud, email phishing and identity theft.

What is your return policy?

How can I return my order?

Simply follow these 3 simple steps to get your refund:

  1. Within 30 days from delivery, notify us if you wish to return any items from your order. The simplest way to do so is by submitting the return notification form on our returns page.
  2. Print and fill out further details respecting your order on the return form, which you can download from here.
  3. Within 14 days from notifying us that you wish to return an item, send back any such item, together with the return form, to the following address: D-A-Packs 2366018, VABY, Am Rain 53, 83088 Kiefersfelden, Germany.

What are the conditions for returning my order?

Return items must be unused and unwashed, and we recommend wrapping up the return items in the original package (carton and/or poly bag) to avoid damages. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items. When returning an item, the shipping costs to D-A-Packs 2366018, VABY, Am Rain 53, 83088 Kiefersfelden, Germany will need to be covered by you. We do not hold responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned, so we recommend keeping your shipping receipts and tracking numbers.

When can I expect my refund?

When we have received your return items, we will send you a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and are usually processed within 14 days.

Can I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or colour, please place a new order in our shop and return the item you have purchased following our standard returns procedure.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged, or if it contains the wrong product?

In case something went wrong with your order, simply contact us. If possible, please provide us with your order number, and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
